Design, development and construction.

Strategy: Strategy is the soul which adorns the project

Design Concept:
Every project is preceded by an in-depth dialogue with the customer, competitor's analysis and a creative brainstorming sessions. After this, for each project a concept is indentified and a sitemap defines for an efficient navigation.

Technological Design. In accordance with the theme of the project and the aim of the web page the most suitable technology to use is decided taking into consideration time and quality aspects.

Interactive Design. This phase identifies the “look and feel factor” of the design.

Content Design: This phase decides the contents of the texts to be used based upon the strategy to be implemented and the expectations of the client.

Definition of the outline of the web page and Labelling: An initial layout of the web site is produced. This includes the organization of the contents decided by the client. These are logically placed in order to give a correct surfing procedure. The labelling of the web site is the first step towards a communication system of the whole of the contents.  This includes linguistic aspects of names and concepts.

Pre-Production: This is the first practical phase which will prove the validity of the concepts chosen in the strategy phase. It takes into account the most important aspects such as design, surfing capacity, ergonomics and technological choices.

Definition of the storyboard and structure of the site: This consists of displaying the contents page by page in the different sections identified in the draft of the site. It deals with defining the contents and the various priorities which need to be applied in the production process.

Realization of creative proposals:
Working on the concepts and the analysis of the the initial project document, several creative and alternative proposals are suggest. These proposals take into consideration the “look & feel” of the design and content, the interface design, interaction and the respective possible outcomes.

Defining the methodologies of the production process for the design and new media
:  Depending on the layout chosen by the client, all the digital documents to be used in the final web site are then implemented.

Production:
The results obtained in the creative prototype phase and the documents of the projects which have been elaborated in the strategy phase are the basic guide for the realization of the different parts of the project. The Production team has the task of producing a project that conforms to the required standards. This is achieved through the testing the performances of the product. This provides the necessary feedback and solutions to problems that may have arisen. It is only after positive testing that the product is consigned and launched.

Web and content production
: This is the design of the texts, graphs and multimedia - all elements belonging to the communication strategy   (logos,banners,cds etc).  In this phase, we test the efficiency of all the applications and the different activities of the web site.

Usability and accessibility test: At the end of the production phase and before the delivery to the client, it is advisable to run a series of tests in order to evaluate the product and the clarity of the web site. These will verify in real time the possibility of the user to apply the various possibilities that are open and certify the practical working of site. These are two factors that are increasing in demand and are used to test the practical use of the site and its ability to attract customers. The tests provide a useful reference guide in order to pinpoint potential problems present in existing web sites and may also lead to an eventual restyling.

Web Restyling: Many customers are no longer satisfied with their present version of the web site. It is often the case that strategies of marketing and communications were not given the required attention when their web site was created.  Through an analysis of these “first generation” sites the customer is advised on how the existing sites can be improved.
