Altravia offers consultations and professional hosting proposals which adapt to demands of space, e mail boxes and platforms.
In addition to proposals of hosting solutions the client is also aided technically not only at the moment of activation but also whenever the need arises.
Altravia´s presence in the market is based on a choice of Quality which is necessary in order to implement services that are not provided by external suppliers.
It is for this reason that in 2002 Altravia srl obtained its own Server infrastructure, aimed at hosting only selected clients coming from the Group.
The choice, therefore of supplying services to clients has resulted in the creation of an infrastructure of services of excellent quality.
- Unlimited bands for clients (the Altravia Server works to around 50% of its capacity in regards to available bands ensuring peaks for all our clients.
- The purchasing of innovative mechanisms
- Capacity of direct intervention on the server
- Capacity to provide SLA of first and second level with timelines of intervention of less than 15 minutes and available 24 hours, 7 days a week
- Systems of copies and backups both numerical and geographical.
All these activities and many more during the years have enabled us to provide services and guarantee the management of Hosting services. This has bought about the creation of the group company Altravia with its own an overseas branch called AV Ltd.
